Structure

Following rules are necessary in order to live in society with any level of success.

• The world is full of rules and if we can learn to stay within guidelines, we can succeed living a new life in society without going jail, we can succeed at holding a job, and find all the joy that sobriety and recovery offer.

• Structure helps us live without fear that we are doing something wrong, understanding our adherence leads to confidence and self worth.

• Achieving expectations is not always easy, until we learn what is expected of us. Recovery plans helps each resident meet expectations, allowing formation of a new life rich with a foundation needed to achieve ongoing recovery.

Support

Because active addiction creates such a huge disconnect from each other, a disconnect from God, and a disconnect from our inner true selves.

• To get clean & stay clean & sober, possibly one of the biggest stumbling blocks is inability to establish these vital connections. Divergent Recovery Center provides support to help each resident grow these connections.

• We need each other, being in a community setting and seeing the same faces while receiving consistent support from peers provides emotional & social growth.

• Getting to know roommates and personalities, creates comradery, unity and a shared understanding.

• Unity grows when we come together twice a week and we start to form bonds through personal experiences.

• Sharing the same journey with each other, provides an atmosphere to help each other achieve goals and accomplishments, creating a successful recovery process.

• Each residents learns how to live without drugs and alcohol, accessing 12-Step Fellowship support.

• To get clean, and stay clean is our highest priority.
